Schedule Posts
Plan a post once and let Carousels Generator publish it on every connected platform at the time you pick.
Scheduling lets you set a specific date and time for your post to go live, instead of publishing immediately. Once scheduled, the post sits in your queue and the platform receives it at the exact minute you picked, even if you're offline.
You can schedule the same caption to LinkedIn, X, Threads, and Instagram simultaneously, or pick a different time per platform from the multi-publish modal.
Scheduling is available from the multi-publish modal once your captions are generated.
- 1Open any carousel and click "Publish" to launch the multi-publish modal.
- 2Generate captions for the platforms you want to publish to, then review and edit each one.
- 3Click "Schedule" instead of "Publish now". Pick a date and time in the picker.
- 4Confirm. The post appears in your queue on the Schedule page and on the dashboard.
Open the Schedule page from the sidebar to see every queued post in month or list view. From there you can preview, cancel, or jump to the source carousel.
- Scheduled posts can be canceled any time before they go live.
- If a post fails to publish, the credits it would have spent are refunded automatically.
- Edits to a scheduled post should be made on the carousel before the publish time. Once it's live, the platform's post is independent.
Scheduling itself is free. Credits are spent at the moment the post actually publishes, using the same per-platform pricing as a manual publish (3 credits for LinkedIn / Threads / Instagram, N credits for an X thread of N tweets).
Scheduling is available on Pro and Scale plans. Free and Starter users can preview the page and the dashboard widget but need to upgrade to actually queue posts.
