Schedule and manage posts

Queue carousels and videos for your connected social accounts.

Schedule from the composer

Scheduling is available on Pro and Scale for LinkedIn, X, Threads and Instagram. You can schedule a carousel or an already rendered video.

  1. Open Export > Publish to social media. Connect and select the accounts, then prepare each caption.
  2. Choose Schedule, pick the date and time, check the displayed time zone and confirm.
  3. Open Schedule in the sidebar to find the post in month or list view.

Review the queue

A scheduled post keeps the prepared content from the time it was queued. Later carousel edits do not update that post. Cancel and schedule it again if you need a different version.

Open a failed post to read the error. Reconnect the account if requested, then use Reschedule. Cancelling removes the queued post; credits already spent are not refunded.
