Download PDF or PNG on every plan. Pro and Scale also support animated MP4 export. Direct publishing supports LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Threads.

Yes. Open Billing to manage your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

For a first paid subscription, a refund can be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The amount is proportional to unused credits, under the Terms of Sale.

Open Billing in the app and choose to cancel. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to Free.

Workspace permissions control access to its resources. Free carousels are public; paid plans can keep carousels private. See the Privacy Policy for details about how data is handled.

Yes. Paid plans include multiple workspaces and team seats. Invite members as Admin, Editor or Viewer, and share carousels, brand kits, templates and media. Credits belong to each user.

Yes. You can create carousels and use the mobile editor in your browser. A larger screen gives you more room for detailed layout work.

The interface is available in English and French. For the carousel itself, specify the language in your prompt, such as English, French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese.

Template generation starts at 8 credits for up to 15 slides. Longer carousels add a surcharge. The cost is refunded if generation fails.

Choose Publish as template from a carousel and submit it for review. You can also save a private template for your workspace without a public review.

Yes. You earn 1 credit when someone in another workspace generates from your approved public template. Uses within your own workspace do not earn credits.

The team reviews it before publication. You can follow its status and any requested changes in My templates.

Yes. Select a saved brand kit to use its colors and fonts with the template’s layout. Brand kits require a paid plan.
